STUDIO is currently sold as one-time prepaid call packs. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, so there is nothing recurring to cancel. This page explains what that means today, and how cancellation would work if we introduce monthly plans later. Read it with our Terms and Refund Policy.
What you're buying today
- One-time call packs, not a subscription. You are charged once per pack. Nothing renews, and there is no recurring charge to stop.
- Your calls never expire. Unused calls stay on your account and never expire, so there is no deadline to act by.
- Nothing to cancel. Because there is no recurring billing, there is no cancellation to make. If you stop buying, you are simply never charged again.
Stopping, refunds, and your data
- Stop any time. You can stop using STUDIO whenever you like. There is no minimum term and no fee.
- Unused calls are always refundable. You can request a refund of your unused calls at any time. See the Refund Policy.
- Delete your data. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time, as described in our Privacy Notice.
If we introduce monthly plans later
We do not currently offer auto-renewing subscriptions. If we add monthly plans in the future, they will be cancelable at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum term; unused calls will still roll over and never expire; and we will post the exact cancellation steps here before those plans go on sale.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date.
