STUDIO is currently sold as one-time prepaid call packs, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.

Because call packs do not renew, there is no subscription to stop. If you simply stop buying packs, you will not be charged again.

- Unused calls are always refundable. Request a refund of any unused calls at any time. See the Refund Policy.
- Delete your data. Ask us to delete your account data whenever you like, as described in our Privacy Notice.

If we introduce monthly plans later
We do not currently offer auto-renewing subscriptions. If we add monthly plans in the future, they will be cancelable at any time with no fee, and we will post the exact steps here before those plans go on sale.
